How to Enroll
1. If you’re interested in our program, please contact us to schedule an initial phone consultation. During this conversation, we’ll discuss the client’s interests, abilities, fees, and any other questions you may have.
2. Next, schedule an in-person interview and initial session(s) to assess individual needs, engagement, and the work environment. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and ensure that the program is a good fit for you.
3. After the initial session(s) are complete, we can schedule weekly lessons at a mutually agreed-upon time and location.
We accept private pay and self-determination participants.
What is the Self-Determination Program?
The Self-Determination Program provides participants with an individual budget, which can be used to choose and control all the services that they are qualified to receive to achieve their Person-Centered Plan (PCP) and Individual Program Plan (IPP). This program provides independence, freedom, full control and management for the clients and their families.
